近日，瑞典電視臺《瑞典新聞》欄目中播出的一段辱華視頻，造成極其惡劣的影響。

在21日播出的這期節目中，主持人羅恩達爾（Jesper Ronndahl）發(fā)表惡毒侮辱攻擊中國和中國人的言論，打著(zhù)給中國游客提示的旗號，以充滿(mǎn)低級趣味的噱頭，粗俗不堪的語(yǔ)言，赤裸裸地宣揚種族主義（racism）、排外主義（xenophobia /ˌzɛnəˈfəʊbɪə/）。

The program Swedish News, a comedy program that includes satirical "news" reports and is broadcast on SVT, Sweden's national public TV broadcaster, produced a satirical "information video" that featured a "prohibited activity" poster outside a historical building showing a squatting Chinese farmer in a straw hat holding a bowl and chopsticks while defecating.

節目中播出的一條視頻，用中文配音并上傳到了優(yōu)酷。

視頻中解說(shuō)道，為了避免文化沖突，給中國游客提出幾條“建議”，比如：

"For example, here, we don't poop outside historical buildings."

我們不在歷史建筑物外拉屎。

"But if you have ended up with poo on your hands, here in Sweden we wash our hands."

但是你要是手上有一點(diǎn)大便，在瑞典我們就洗手。

"In Sweden we eat using a knife and fork, and while at the dinner table, we don't poop. "

在瑞典，我們用刀和叉吃飯，我們吃飯的時(shí)候不拉屎。

節目中還展示了錯誤的中國地圖，缺少臺灣省及西藏部分地區。

The program also referred to a map of China that didn't include the island of Taiwan — an inalienable part of China — and some part of Southwest China's Tibet autonomous region.

節目還拿中國游客受辱事件作為調侃對象，把曾母坐地求救的“救命”呼喊曲解為“Kill me now”（殺了我）的讀音。

The SVT program also showed video of what appeared to be Chinese tourists being manhandled and dragged out of a hotel by local police in Stockholm earlier this month. An investigation into that incident raised serious questions about the treatment of Chinese people in Sweden.

這樣的節目，不僅讓中國網(wǎng)友感到憤怒，不少瑞典網(wǎng)友看完之后，也根本笑不出來(lái)，觀(guān)察者網(wǎng)翻譯了部分網(wǎng)友的評論：

中國駐瑞典大使館：敦促瑞典電視臺道歉

22日，中國駐瑞典大使館發(fā)言人就瑞典電視臺辱華節目發(fā)表談話(huà)。

瑞典電視臺有關(guān)節目?jì)热莺土_恩達爾的言論赤裸裸散播、宣揚種族主義和排外主義，公然挑起煽動(dòng)針對中國及其他族裔的種族仇視和對立，使用的中國地圖缺少臺灣省及西藏部分地區，嚴重侵犯中國主權和領(lǐng)土完整。

The SVT program and Jesper Rönndahl spread and advocate racism and xenophobia outright, and openly provoke and instigate racial hatred and confrontation targeting at China and some other ethnic groups. The program also referred to a wrong map of China where China's Taiwan province and some part of the Tibet region were missing, which severely infringes on China's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

有關(guān)節目已經(jīng)突破了人類(lèi)道德底線(xiàn)，嚴重挑戰人性良知，嚴重違背媒體職業(yè)道德。這樣的事竟然發(fā)生在崇尚種族平等的瑞典！

The program breaks the basic moral principles of mankind, and gravely challenges human conscience and is a serious violation of media professional ethics. To think that such things could happen in Sweden, an advocate of ethnic equality!

瑞典電視臺：整體意思出現缺失

24日，瑞典電視臺（SVT）在其官網(wǎng)發(fā)表文章，對辱華視頻進(jìn)行了回應。

文章稱(chēng)，辱華視頻事件發(fā)酵后，就《瑞典新聞》節目中播出的涉華諷刺片段，瑞典電視臺新聞頻道采訪(fǎng)了負責該節目的娛樂(lè )頻道節目總監赫爾。

瑞典電視臺配中文解說(shuō)“比如，不在歷史建筑物外拉屎”

赫爾辯稱(chēng)，節目表達的整體意思出現了缺失（The whole of our message was lost. ），他們本想強調一個(gè)瑞典問(wèn)題。

Our intention with the program segment concerning Sinophobia was to follow up the official Chinese response to the hostel incident, but also highlight the fact Sinophobia does not have the same sensitivities as other types racism in Sweden. It is a Swedish problem that highlighted.

我們制作那一段排華節目主要是為了配合當前中國游客酒店事件，同時(shí)強調一個(gè)事實(shí)，那就是排華問(wèn)題在瑞典并沒(méi)有引起如其他種族主義問(wèn)題一樣的關(guān)注和敏感度。我們本想強調這是個(gè)瑞典問(wèn)題。

主持人調侃中文“救命”是“kill me now”

他還表示，將視頻上傳到優(yōu)酷是為了引起中國的反應，但沒(méi)有把全部涉華內容上傳，引起表意完整性缺失是失誤。

The purpose of publication at Youku was to capture Chinese reaction. This was a mistake, as the whole of our message was lost, and we can understand it saddened individuals. We regret that.

我們把視頻上傳到中國優(yōu)酷網(wǎng)的目的是引起中國的反應。但表意的整體性出現了缺失，這是我們的失誤。我們可以理解這讓一些人感到難過(guò)，對此我們感到遺憾。

同時(shí)，赫爾表示已將完整視頻配上了英文字幕傳到了YouTube，人們現在可以看到整個(gè)節目及其反對種族主義的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。

此外，瑞典電視臺節目主管Jan Helin稱(chēng)，瑞典電視臺應該做出解釋?zhuān)╯hould explain），但不會(huì )為諷刺向中國道歉（SVT will not apologize to China for the satire.）。

 

The satire has been misunderstood, and that was not the intention.

I assume Chinese authorities are able to distinguish between satire and news.

外交部：瑞典電視臺應采取措施消除惡劣影響

24日，外交部發(fā)言人耿爽就瑞典電視臺播出辱華節目一事在答記者問(wèn)時(shí)表示：

主持人的言論充滿(mǎn)對中國和其他族裔的歧視、偏見(jiàn)和挑釁，完全背離了媒體職業(yè)道德。我們對此予以強烈譴責，中國外交部和駐瑞典使館已經(jīng)分別在北京和斯德哥爾摩向瑞方提出嚴正交涉和強烈抗議。

It amounts to a gross insult to and vicious attack on China and the Chinese people. The program leader's comments are full of prejudices, biases and provocations against China and some other ethnic groups. It is a serious violation of media professional ethics. We strongly condemn that. The Chinese Foreign Ministry and the Chinese Embassy in Sweden have lodged stern representations and strong protest with the Swedish side in Beijing and in Stockholm respectively.

中方要求瑞典電視臺有關(guān)責任人立即采取措施消除惡劣影響，并保留就此采取進(jìn)一步措施的權利。

The Chinese side urges the relevant staff of the SVT to immediately take measures to eliminate the adverse impact. We reserve the rights to take further actions.

中國駐瑞典大使館：不接受這樣的“道歉”

25日，中國駐瑞典大使館發(fā)言人對瑞典電視臺聲明作出回應。

發(fā)言人表示，赫爾的有關(guān)言論完全是狡辯和避重就輕，不接受這樣的“道歉”。

我們注意到瑞典電視臺娛樂(lè )頻道節目負責人赫爾9月24日關(guān)于瑞典電視臺播出辱華節目的聲明及此前有關(guān)言論。正如我們嚴正指出，有關(guān)節目惡意侮辱中國和中國人，而赫爾的有關(guān)言論 故意回避節目中的種族歧視言行， 完全是狡辯和避重就輕。這樣的“道歉”我們決不接受。

We noticed the statement by SVT’s Svenska Nyheter program manager Thomas Hall on 24 September on the program insulting China and his previous response. As we have solemnly pointed out that the show viciously insulted China and the Chinese people. Yet Hall’s statements intentionally dodged the racist language and contents in the show. Such statements are nothing but making up excuses and evading the point. We will never accept such an “apology”.

“我們的街上不要種族主義者”是瑞典全民皆知的口號。我們再次敦促瑞典電視臺有關(guān)欄目組深刻反省，立即作出真誠道歉。

“Inga rasister på våra gator” is a household slogan in Sweden. We once again urge the SVT program staff to see the mistake and make a sincere apology immediately.

據悉，目前辱華事件在瑞典引起當地華人社群強烈憤怒，已向瑞典電視臺提交書(shū)面抗議，尋求道歉，如果交涉無(wú)果，將通過(guò)法律途徑開(kāi)展法律訴訟。根據瑞典法律，如果該節目被認定為種族歧視，節目負責人和相關(guān)人士將面臨牢獄之災。
