In honour of Townsville's very own Rugby League legend Johnathan Thurston, Council has decided to immortalise his likeness into Castle Hill's eastern face.
)
1. Burger King introduces Whoppers for left-handed people.
Burger King published a full page advertisement promising the revolutionary burger in 1998. Thousands of customers went into restaurants to request the new meal, while many others requested their own 'right handed' version.
)
2. Big Ben's clock face is being replaced with a digital display like an alarm clock.
In 1980 the BBC reported that Big Ben, in order to keep up with the times, was going to be given a digitalreadout. The prank was so good it's been rehashed by less imaginative news organisations on more recent April Fool's Day. The gag even appeared in the episode of The Simpsons set in the future when Lisa gets married.
3. Priest carries out a mass exorcism of school children to banish The Devil.
The 1,000 young people, from schools in the town of Gryfice, north-western Poland, were attending the three-day camp to help "young people explore God and devote themselves to spiritual renewal through prayer". But instead of singing songs and praying, priest Tomas Wieczorek, 37, was more interested in excorcising their demons and replacing them with God.Unitrans世聯(lián)翻譯公司在您身邊,離您最近的翻譯公司,心貼心的專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)translation company,全球領(lǐng)先的翻譯與技術(shù)解決方案供應商,北京翻譯公司、上海翻譯公司頂級品牌。

Titanosaur:
6. Dead woman wakes up in morgue and says 'where am I?'

9. Giant rats the size of cats are roaming the streets of Birmingham.
